Campground Rules & Tent/Camper Sites

Rules

  • In order to make your stay and the stay of those around you as comfortable & pleasant as possible we have a few rules, they are as follows:

  •  Check in time is 2:00pm and check out is 11:00am

  • General Information
  • Because of regulations, only one unit per site allowed
  • All Vehicles entering the campground must stop and register at the office.
  • Speed limit is 10 M.P.H at all times.
  • Licensed drivers only. Only two vehicles per site. Other vehicles are to be left in one of the designated Parking areas.
  • Motorcycles are to be driven only to and from your site.
  • No four-wheelers or golf carts allowed.
  • ALL VISITORS free or not must register at the office & be visiting a camper.
  • Day Rates: Adults and children -$5.00,  children under 5yrs – FREE
  • All visitors staying Overnight will be charged an additional $5 fee
  • Visitors with a unit on a registered site will pay the regular site fee. Fee will be refunded if the visitor leaves within ½ hour.
  • The safety, conduct and whereabouts of children (under 18) are the responsibility of their parents.
  • Children must not be left unattended in the campground
  • Less than 7 yrs. must be accompanied by a parent to the showers.
  • Less than 14 yrs. must have adult supervision in the swimming area. Swimming during daylight hours ONLY. Swim at your own risk.
  • No watercraft in the swim area. Kayaks are not be left at the beach area 
  • Bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, etc. allowed during daylight hours only.
  • Quiet time: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Children under 18 must be on their own site.
  • For EMERGENCY SERVICES dial 911.
  • Air conditioners, electric heaters, and hot plates are NOT ALLOWED. No self-latching refrigerators. You are responsible for unplugging your camper and closing the electrical outlet at the end of the season.    
  • Vandalism will not be tolerated. Violators will be asked to pay for damages and leave.
  • Alcohol is not permitted outside of your campsite.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the camp store. Dead branches and twigs may be picked up for firewood. 
  • ONLY UNPAINTED, UNSTAINED, NON-TREATED WOOD SHOULD BE BURNT IN FIRE PITS. 
  • NO BURNING OF PLASTICS per State Fire Code   
  • Do not cut or debark trees. Please make sure your campfires are contained in your firepit and put out at night or if the site is unattended.
  • Visitors of guests are not permitted to bring pets.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS

Site Rates

Rates are based on a single family (2 Adults & 3 Children under the age of 18) For additional people there will be an extra charge of $6/Night per person. 

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 50% the total charges is required at time of booking, balance DUE ON ARRIVAL. We do not require a damage deposit, tenants are expected to leave our facilities in the same condition in which they found them. The cost of any damages or extra cleaning required will be billed to the tenant.  


All campsites are equipped with a Fireplace, Picnic Table, & Trash Can as well as Water & Electric hookups for campers


Non-Waterfront (Back & Middle) sites are $45/Night or $270/Week

Waterfront and Front sites are $55/Night or $330/Week


 *Townline Camping Credit Card Deposit Policy

When agreeing to rent a site at Townline Camping, the customer agrees to pay a one-time non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total site cost. Deposit is due at the time of reservation with the balance of your site cost due on arrival.

Add-Ons

Boat Slips 

     $20/day or $330/Season

*Boat slips are only available for tenants of the Campground & priority is given to Seasonals

Honey Wagon

     Honey Wagon services are available on Mondays & Thursdays for a $20 charge per trip & an additional $6 for any extra tanks. 

     Self use of our dump station is available ONLY to tenants of the Campground and is included in the site fee.

Building Rentals

Trailer

10' x 55'  mobile home with 2 bedrooms, 1 with a single Full size bed & 1 with a single Queen. Plus a Divan in the living room for sleeping, full kitchen with a gas stove & electric refrigerator, automatic heat & a full bathroom. Located on the water, this rental includes its own dock slip, as well as an outdoor fire pit & picnic table.

 Linens and blankets NOT included


$1000 Weekly, Weeks run Saturday to Saturday

Cottage

2 bedrooms, 1 with a single Full size bed & 1 with a single Bunkbed with a Full on bottom & Twin on top. Also includes a full kitchen with gas stove & electric refrigerator, gas heat, living & dining room combined & a full bathroom. Located on top of a ledge overlooking the lake with an 8' x 16' deck for your relaxing pleasure, also included is an outdoor fire pit and table

Linens and blankets NOT included


 $850 Weekly, Weeks run Saturday to Saturday 

Cabins

We have 2 identical cabins available, each with a single bedroom with a single Bunkbed Full size on bottom and Twin on top & a loft area that can be used for sleeping. Also included is a full bathroom, full kitchen with gas stove & electric refrigerator. Located on a ledge overlooking the lake, each with outdoor fire pit and picnic table.

 Linens and blankets NOT included


$800 Weekly, Weeks run Saturday to Saturday 

Camps

We have 2 camps available, one is a short walk from the store and the second is a short walk from the beach. Both camps have power and an outdoor water tap, a small table and chairs inside & picnic table and fire pit outdoors. These rentals do NOT have beds so bring a cot or air mattress for sleeping.


$500 Weekly or $80/night

Seasonals

Seasonal Rules

 

  • No Seasonals will be given for Transit sites
  • No Seasonal Sites rented after July 1
  • Campfires MUST be contained within an adequate fire pit at all times.
  • Campers at the beginning of the season may list two individuals as complementary daytime guests
  • Half of site balance is due by Memorial Day, the other half due by Aug. 1st. An annual 18% interest rate will be charged on all unpaid balances thereafter
  • Seasonals deciding to leave before the end of the season will pay the daily rate for their site from open, until the day on which their camper is removed.
  • A $250.00 (minimum) deposit & completed Seasonal Agreement for the following year is required before Labor Day to reserve a site for the following year, if either is not returned your site will not be held.
  • Your deposit is non-refundable if your unit is left through the winter months.
  • If no deposit is made, please move your unit within seven days of Labor Day, a fee will be assessed for any unit left on a site without a deposit
  • Off season rates for the month of September are $15 per night plus tax, due before Labor Day
  • Seasonals have one week before Memorial Day and one week after Labor day complementary
  • Air conditioners, electric heaters , and hot plates are not allowed
  • Refrigerators over 5 cubic feet will have a charge of $84.00 per season
  • You are responsible for keeping your site clear of leaves and trash.  Management will pick up your bagged leaves at the beginning of the season.  You are responsible for your trash can at the end of the season.
  • No new construction without permission.  Platforms are allowed in front of your unit
  • Any complaints can be reported to the office and management will get back to you asap


Management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice
